Roland Contemporary Keyboards: Grand Pianos sales Booming
Roland Contemporary Keyboards can't seem to make enough of their Grand Pianos. In 2003 the company introduced the next phase of home entertainment with three grand piano models. In 2004 they expanded the popular line with sleek new finishes. Since then the models have become three of the top -selling products in Roland's CK line-up, and things are only getting better.
"They're selling like hotcakes. We're obviously thrilled that the market has embraced our new models and we look forward to another successful summer," says Roland's Contemporary Keyboard General Manager Lynda Smith. One of the most exciting things about our product line is that it offers something for everyone--from novice to the accomplished pianist. You can't place these pianos into a niche, because they simply don't fit into one. The marketing opportunities are endless."

As the flagship of the KR-Grand lineup, the Roland KR-17M incorporates all of the top-of-line features that have made Roland Contemporary Keyboards a household name. With a moving key function in a Grand Piano design and a versatile CD drive that allows customers to access a vast software library- which includes the popular QRS Music and PianoDisc software- the KR-17 is destined to become the best in its class. The KR-17M also features many user-friendly additions including a versatile remote control system, a beautiful color LCD and softly-closing-key-cover. Finally, for those looking for an affordable answer for virtually any home piano-player, Roland presents the KR-11.
